Estimate requests

Requesting a free estimate or inspection through this site, or by phone, does not create a contract or obligate you to hire us. We will contact you to schedule a visit, look at your property, and then give you a written estimate.

Your project

Any work we do is governed by the written estimate or agreement you sign with us, which sets out the scope, materials, price, and schedule for your project. If anything on this website conflicts with that written agreement, the written agreement controls.

Warranties

New roof replacements include our written 5-year labor warranty. The exact coverage and any conditions are set out in the warranty document you receive with your project. Shingles and other materials carry their own warranties from the manufacturer, and those warranties are provided by the manufacturer, not by Boxwood.

Insurance claims

We are glad to inspect and document damage, meet with your adjuster, and help you through the claim process. Your insurance company decides what your policy covers and how much it pays; we cannot guarantee the outcome of any claim.

Financing

Financing is offered by Regions Bank, not by Boxwood, and all loans are subject to Regions Bank's credit approval and terms. Plan details and disclosures are on our Financing page and may change at Regions Bank's discretion.
